You may say: “right, but these are all BIG achievements. How could I do something like that?” Don’t be discouraged and remember that these women worked maybe their entire life on achieving these extraordinary results. What counts is rather developing the mindset of a pioneer! Be the first woman who did something differently in her domain. For instance, this year I was the first female to be the host of Youth to Business Forum existing since 2009. The same way, you can become:

“The first female in your office to ask the boss to make her a coffee.” :)

“The first female from your family to be on the cover of the city magazine.”

“The first female to start eco-business in your district.”

“The first female to become top manager in your company.” etc.

Set the objective, put it on your wall and do one action, once a week towards achieving your PIONEER goal. And if your company is trying to foster woman leadership and innovation, we invite you to discover our learning program called Inventive Women.
