Petronela is creative leadership consultant and director of Good Morning Creativity. Her professional experience combines a variety of different assignments. She was member of international leadership organization AIESEC for 6 years, where she managed local branch of 60 people in Slovakia, and later she was responsible for strategic planning and partnerships in the national committee of AIESEC in France leading 200 members. After an assignment in the Slovak Investment and Trade Development Agency focused on the development of business clusters, she joined EMEA HR team of Delphi Corporation based in Paris to support development programs for HR managers. After one year she became a business planner at Delphi Powertrain Systems and worked closely with 3B$ division leadership team on the long-term growth strategies. Since 2010, she works as consultant facilitating creative workshops and developing innovation competencies of leaders and organizations.
Petronela is experienced trainer and coach who designed and facilitated a number of customized skill training workshops, leadership sessions and team-building activities in Slovakia, Czech Republic, Poland, Germany, Macedonia, Serbia, Romania, Croatia, UK, India and France. She has been trained as a Neuro-Linguistic Practitioner and she has obtained a certificate in Person Centered Approach methods of communication.
She has been working with people from diverse cultural backgrounds for 10 years and living abroad herself during half of this time. One of the key success factors of her work is the ability to draw upon differences in order to create original concepts that she developed by working in non-profit organizations, public institutions and Multinational Corporations.
Furthermore she participated in art classes for 8 years and she expresses her creative talents through painting, mosaic and photography. As a visual learner gifted with great imagination, she sees things from the bigger perspective, excels in re-designing ordinary processes and structures and likes constantly creating innovative concepts and tools.
Her unique approach is based on the balanced combination of creative thinking techniques and structured management and planning concepts. She believes that original ideas must support overall business strategy and help individuals, teams and organizations to fulfill their mission. Thanks to her experience with various tools of strategic planning, she helps you to connect fresh ideas of today with clear vision of tomorrow.
Karim is creativity trainer and facilitator of Good Morning Creativity. During his AIESEC experience he managed local branch in Pau, later he joined national committee of AIESEC France as VP External Relations and was responsible for 80K€ budget and management of national partnerships. During his assignment at SmartBox as project manager, he signed 30 new partners with leisure industry companies. In order to change the career orientation to Human Resources and Talent management, he obtained a Master in Human Resources at IGS Paris School and joined Alcatel-Lucent where he managed several projects related to employee learning and development. Currently he is consultant at Talentys specialized in HR information systems and community management. Since 2010 he co-facilitates creativity workshops and trainings of Good Morning Creativity.
This unique combination of the experience in sales and human resources enables him to develop long lasting relationships. Karim learned how to ask the right questions in the right moment and at the same time he is empathic listener helping others to discover and name their needs while finding together the right solutions. In the field of human resources, he specializes in career and talent management, training design and deployment, and HR 2.0 community management.
His personal international background has always been his strength when working with people from different cultures. He speaks 3 languages fluently and has lived outside of his home country for more than 10 years.
In addition he has 5 years experience as a soft skills trainer and workshop facilitator. He has led numerous brainstorming sessions and leadership workshops with small groups and held public presentations in the plenary with 200 people in French and English.
